E-learning programme

EIO team would like to invite you to subscribe to our e-learning programme accessible through the EIO Online platform which offers two e-learning courses, one targeting youth workers and one targeting young people. Both e-learning courses (taking in consideration the different learning needs of the two target groups) have the aim to boost the key competences by providing training in entrepreneurship and online presence. Both e-learning courses are available in English and partners languages (Greek, Italian, Danish and Spanish). Following:

 1)  E-learning courses for youth workers:

  • Module 1: Efficient communication techniques and goal settings. How to keep learners active and motivated to learn.
  • Module 2: How to do digital and traditional marketing analysis? Inspiring young people to come up with effective customer strategies and campaigns for their business.
  • Module 3: Using creative thinking for developing new perspectives. Setting negotiation priorities for achieving the best possible outcomes.
  • Module 4: Decision-making and youth workers’ ethical principles as crucial in delivering online presence learning.

Learners are asked to pass a 10-question quiz at the end of each module, for a total of four quizzes. Quiz questions are based on the information contained in the corresponding e-learning courses. Each learner who passes the six quizzes, reaching a 60% of right answers in every quiz, will receive a Certificate of Completion.

 

2) E-learning courses for young people:

  • Module 1: Communication skills as vital for young people and their entrepreneurial success. How to communicate and work with others efficiently in the digital environment.
  • Module 2: Going deeper in social media management. Basic rules of netiquette and ethical values for online business presence.
  • Module 3: Thinking outside the box and spotting opportunities. Developing new ideas for growing an online business.
  • Module 4: Recognizing challenges and solving them in the most effective way. Mastering young people’ decision making skills.

Learners are asked to pass a 10-question quiz at the end of each module, for a total of four quizzes. Quiz questions are based on the information contained in the corresponding e-learning courses. Each learner who passes the six quizzes, reaching a 60% of right answers in every quiz, will receive a Certificate of Completion.
